The Team Leader will of course need to have a strong proven track record and have held a position managing staff and taking full responsibility for operations and procedures, maintaining standards, through training, planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Security operation and administration. Keeping in view the ever-changing Residents needs multi skill/ multi-tasking is an imperative.
