Key Responsibilities: Supervising and leading a team of ground workers on site. Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification. Hands-on involvement in groundwork's tasks (drainage, kerbing, concreting, ducting, paving, site prep on residential development Coordinating with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers.
