The Job you'll do: Manage and support a team of skilled NDT and DT technicians across a multi-shift operation, fostering a high quality-performance and safety-first culture. Continuously improve and standardise NDT and DT processes in line with the latest Group Standards and best practices. Ensure all testing equipment is operated safely and responsibly. Keep all work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) current, clear, and adhered to. Guarantee the accurate and consistent collection, recording, and interpretation of weld and measurement data - ensuring traceability and insight. Interpret testing data to assess process performance, identifying trends and recommending timely interventions where required. Act as a key advisor on all matters related to NDT and DT processes, including data analysis, testing strategies, and continuous improvement opportunities. Collaborate with the Quality Department to inform decisions based on test data and outcomes, supporting robust product verification and customer satisfaction. Champion adherence to product, process, and customer quality standards through consistent application and understanding of test methodologies and outcomes. Evaluate and develop technician performance, promoting efficiency, accuracy, and professional growth in NDT/DT techniques About You: Proven experience in NDT/DT supervision or leadership within a manufacturing or welding environment. Strong understanding of weld testing standards, methods, and compliance frameworks Excellent communication and data interpretation skills. Ability to motivate, lead, and develop technical teams. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Level 3 or equivalent training in Non-destructive testing

Due to continued growth the company are now looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Technician to work 2 shifts. The Role To work on planned and breakdown maintenance on a range of machinery associated with production. Planned preventative maintenance and breakdown work on production equipment. To diagnose and repair both electrical and mechanical faults. To minimise any down time to production. PLC diagnostics. Working 2 shifts. The Person Must be time served multiskilled. PLC experience preferred. 17th Edition preferable. Happy to 2 shifts. Previous manufacturing or engineering sector experience preferred. Will have robot experience.
