We need a housing officer to work Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm with a driving license and good Housing and Tenancy management experience to work with the existing staff in the Chester Area, this role will be managing a patch of over 55s properties in the rural Chester Area, so flexibility and access to a vehicle is essential and regular travel is required. Tasks will be adjusted throughout the contract period to suit the needs and requirements of the business and our customers.

This job sits within the Governance and Company Secretarial department based in Worcester. The department is responsible for providing company secretarial services to the Group and for ensuring high quality governance frameworks are in place across the Group. Preference for someone with an administrative background, good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint etc. Good organisational skills. Some experience of taking minutes or notes at meetings, and preparing reports for meetings would be useful but not essential - someone who can work well as part of an administrative team. Must have a good level of experience in administration. Must have NVQ 3 in a releavent area ( Business Administration, Customer Services ) Must have a high level of numeracy and literacy skill and a High level of the Eglish language and literacy. My Client , a leading UK Company are looking for an experienced, suitable qualified Asset Surveyor. This is a temporary position Paying £17.00 PAYE or £20.00 The job will be to undertake the following. Undertake stock condition surveys and other property inspections across a broad range of stock including health and safety assessments in line with organisational policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and contract performance. This includes involvement in disrepair cases, complaints, permission requests, repairs monitoring and other property related queries. Manage works related to stock condition surveys and property inspections within agreed financial limits and in accordance with the organisation's financial policies and procedures. Produce reports and documentation for work specifications and tenders to assist in addressing and resolving issues to ensure the Group is compliant with relevant legislation. Coordinate, communicate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately. Support delivery of the cyclical programme, including surveys, specifications, resident consultations and liaising with other stakeholders. Contribute, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Group's values and objectives
