Experience of consulting, negotiating and communicating with customers and stakeholders with the ability to harness change and transform ideas into actions / Full driving licence. We will require Right to work documents, CV and 3 years references gaps verified PAYE £25.50 CIS/Umbrella £31.00 per hour

My client, a major supplier of Social Housing require asuitably qualified Electrician to undertake necessary work on their properties. NVQ Level 3 electrical installation, Qualified to 18th edition IET wiring regulations, electrical inspection and testing 2391 and AM2 or equivalent. Experience in electrical repairs, installation, testing and inspection within housing. Fault finding experience and an excellent knowledge to ensure electrical faults are diagnosed and repaired effectively. We require full RTW along with 3 years no gaps references and a Basic DBS 19.00 PAYE 25.00 CIS/Umbrella

My client, a major supplier of Social Housing require an experienced Roofer to undetake any necessary roof reapirs on their properties. You will need to have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in roofing. Experience roofer with domestic housing, including pitched and flat roofs. Knowledge/experience of diagnosing and identifying roofing works required. A flexible approach with a full UK driving license. We require full RTW along with 3 years no gaps references and a copy of a basic DBS PAYE 16.50 CIS/Umbrella 20.50 per hour, 40 hours per week.

My client requires an experienced Multi Trades operative ( primarily Painting and Decorating) to undertake a variety of repair duties on their properties as required. NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent quals in painting and decorating. Experience in all aspects of painting and decorating work within a maintenance environment. Experience in other building trade areas (multi-skilled). A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgment. A full current UK driving licence. This is a temporary position Paying £17.00 PAYE or £20.00 The job will be to undertake the following. Undertake stock condition surveys and other property inspections across a broad range of stock including health and safety assessments in line with organisational policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and contract performance. This includes involvement in disrepair cases, complaints, permission requests, repairs monitoring and other property related queries. Manage works related to stock condition surveys and property inspections within agreed financial limits and in accordance with the organisation's financial policies and procedures. Produce reports and documentation for work specifications and tenders to assist in addressing and resolving issues to ensure the Group is compliant with relevant legislation. Coordinate, communicate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately. Support delivery of the cyclical programme, including surveys, specifications, resident consultations and liaising with other stakeholders. Contribute, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Group's values and objectives
