Head of Engineering Projects £70,000 - £80,000 per annum + Benefits Gloucester Permanent Position We are seeking a Head of Projects to lead and coordinate a portfolio of engineering projects. This role is critical in ensuring alignment across workstreams, managing dependencies, and delivering multiple projects on time and within scope. The successful candidate will operate across multiple levels of the organisation, from operational teams to Board-level stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, governance, and delivery discipline throughout the programme lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead, plan and deliver multiple projects across a variety of Engineering Products, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, time, cost and quality Develop integrated project plans and schedules, manage critical paths, interdependencies and milestones. Proactively identify, track and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, including clear mitigation plans and escalation routes Maintain robust project governance: prepare and lead status reviews, working group meetings and steering sessions, with clear reporting on progress and key KPIs Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, commercial, supply chain, service, suppliers and compliance bodies) to keep activities moving and remove blockers Communicate proactively with stakeholders at all levels, providing transparent, timely updates, especially when plans change or issues arise Experience and Skills Proven experience as a Programme Manager managing multiple interdependent engineering projects. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, including technical, commercial and operational groups. Strong skills in project planning, risk and issue management, reporting, budgeting and stakeholder communication. Engineering Project Manager Gloucester Up to 60,000 per annum + Benefits Permanent Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of Mechanical Equipment. The role requires full lifecycle project ownership, from contract award to client handover, ensuring technical delivery, programme control, and client satisfaction. This is a senior role suited to a commercially aware individual with a background in building services, or mechanical project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of mechanical equipment from handover to completion. Define and manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resources. Serve as primary client point of contact, coordinating with consultants and main contractors. Chair internal and client facing project progress meetings. Oversee technical submittals, design coordination, and procurement status. Manage change control and variations. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure deliverables. Ensure delivery of documentation, QA packs, and commissioning support as required. Experience and Skills Required: Proven experience managing M&E or Engineering projects in construction/fabrication. Sound understanding of building services systems, and fabrication workflows. Experience delivering projects for contractors or technical clients. Competent in interpreting P&IDs, layout drawings, and specifications. Able to manage multiple disciplines and suppliers within tight timelines. Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience. Certifications/Technical Knowledge: Familiar with CDM Regulations and UK construction safety standards. SMSTS, CSCS or equivalent safety training preferred. Data Engineer Gloucester up to £54,500 + benefits Hybrid: 2 days on site We're supporting a Gloucester-based organisation as they continue to invest in their data capability. They've recently implemented Microsoft Fabric, creating an opportunity for a Data Engineer to join at the start of the journey and help shape how the platform evolves. The role Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks). Work in a newly implemented Fabric environment, with the chance to learn and influence best practice from the outset. Collaborate with analysts and business teams to deliver clean, reliable data for reporting and insight. Contribute to the design and development of the wider data platform. About you Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks or similar). An interest in or exposure to Microsoft Fabric. Strong SQL skills and experience building data pipelines.
