The role requires full lifecycle project ownership, from contract award to client handover, ensuring technical delivery, programme control, and client satisfaction. This is a senior role suited to a commercially aware individual with a background in building services, or mechanical project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of mechanical equipment from handover to completion. Define and manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resources.
