Duties: As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties: Planned preventative maintenance - emergency light testing, flick tests, fire alarm testing etc. Reactive maintenance & remedial works. Quoted project works. Lighting - lamps, ballasts, decorative lighting, emergency lighting, security lighting, LED upgrades etc. Sockets, circuits, floor boxes etc. Transformers, power distribution, temporary power supplies, power supplies to building services equipment, electrical components within mechanical, HVAC, and fire & security systems. Updating the company CAFM system and providing detailed remedial reports on works completed.
