Building Fabric Engineer Commercial Environments Permanent Role Weekly Pay 38-40K Base 50-65K OTE. We are currently recruiting for a Building Fabric Engineer / Fabric Maintenance Engineer to carry out a wide range of reactive building fabric based works in the London region. As the Building Fabric Engineer, you will attend commercial properties, carrying out predominately remedial and reactive call out works including carpentry, plumbing and general building / maintenance works. As the Building Fabric Engineer, your duties may consist of: Carpentry: hanging doors, shaving down doors, ironmongery (latches, door handles, hinges etc), door shutters / closers, removing and replacement locks, plaster boarding, boarding up hazardous areas, erecting wooden frames/structures, boxing in, fixtures and fittings, assembling furniture, fitting / replacing ceiling tiles, patch work and laying wooden flooring / floor tiles etc. Plumbing: Basic PVC pipework, repairs and installation of taps, washers, flushers, toilet seats etc. Replacing water heaters. Patch tiling - walls and flooring. Patch grouting. Painting and decorating. Patch roofing - internal leak detection, leak repair etc. Employment Package: Role: Building Fabric Engineer / Fabric Maintenance Engineer Status: Permanent, PAYE - Paid Weekly Base Salary: 38,000 - 40,000 Estimated annual earnings: 50,000 - 65,000 Provided: Company van, fuel card, pension, 29 days paid annual leave, uniform, phone, relevant courses/training etc. Paid overtime: x1.5 rate until midnight / x2 rate overnight or all day Sundays. We are actively recruiting for Mechanical Shift Engineers / Electrical Shift Engineer / M&E Shift Engineers to carry out electrical and mechanical planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and electrical and mechanical reactive maintenance duties across a large commercial / critical, data centre environment, based in Romford, East London. As the Electrical Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across critical electrical and mechanical (M&E) infrastructure including power distribution systems, transformers, LV/HV switchgear, UPS systems, generators, busbar systems, PDUs and associated control systems, pumps, air handling units (AHU), fan coil units (FCU), pressurisation units, CRAC / CRAH units, heat exchangers, cooling towers and chillers. We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to work for a well established Property Maintenance business, based in Sutton, Greater London. As the Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for working centrally to the business in the main base of operations, assisting a variety of departments to deliver a fantastic level of property maintenance services to it's customers. Duties: Monitor company central email inbox and ensuring important emails reach the correct individuals / departments. Raising incoming works / jobs on the company CAFM system (Simpro). Assist with scheduling of works with engineers. Ensuring engineers update job notes with a detailed description of works and ensuring jobs are completed with full compliance on the CAFM system.
