The role 4 on 4 off, 7am to 7pm 12 hours shift. DAY SHIFT To promote a Quality Culture within the business. Accountabilities: To carry out verification and monitoring of the production process according to the requirements of the Quality and Food Safety Plan, focusing predominately on the lab based assessments, coordinating all product for external testing whilst maintaining day to day lab duties Sample collection, testing and relevant corrective action for Shelf life monitoring, Microbiological and Chemical Testing, Organoleptic Assessments, results recorded appropriately, this may be electronic or manually. Support thorough investigates customer complaints, ensuring that Root Cause is identified and working with the production team to ensure preventive action is implemented.
