Develop detailed project execution plans, construction schedules, milestones, and resource allocations. Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts to understand scope, requirements, and deliverables. Estimate labour, materials, and equipment needs and assist with budgeting and cost control. Manage on-site crews and subcontracted labour, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently. Coordinate with general contractors, suppliers, and other trades to resolve conflicts and maintain workflow. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report status updates to stakeholders.
