About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager. This role will focus on recruiting across a range of blue-collar and white-collar positions, with a particular emphasis on candidates and clients within the civils and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience, a strong understanding of civil engineering and construction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven, commercially minded, and looking to grow within a fast-paced and expanding business. Key Responsibilities Managing the full recruitment process within the civils and construction sectors Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients Developing a strong understanding of client requirements and delivering suitable candidates efficiently Generating new business opportunities within the civils and construction markets Advertising vacancies, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining accurate database records Conducting client meetings, site visits, and networking within the industry Keeping up to date with market trends and recruitment activity across the construction and civils sectors Working closely with the wider team to ensure a high level of service delivery Key Requirements Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Account Manager or similar Experiance within Construction, Rail, Civils or similar CSCS Card Self-motivated, ambitious, and professional in approach This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager looking to make a real impact and develop their career within a growing organisation. We are seeking an experienced Site Cleaner to work on a Civils construction project in Coventry. You will be required to clean the office, canteen and welfare facilities on site. The site working days are Monday, Wednesday and Fridays and you will be required to work 4 hours a day. You must have experience working in a cleaning capacity previously, and you are comfortable in all aspects of on site cleaning. All cleaning equipment will be provided.
