Description Manage and maintain finance systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for finance systems users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and efficiency. Implement system upgrades and improvements in line with business requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Develop and deliver training programmes for system users. Monitor system performance and generate reports for senior management. Act as the key point of contact for finance system-related queries and projects. Profile A successful Finance Systems Manager should have: A background in accounting and finance but does not necessarily need to be an accountant day to day or going forward Proficiency in managing and supporting finance systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
