looking for 1 driver for our 7.5t vehicle so will require drivers card for the tacho aswell. My client are looking for 2 drivers for their 3.5t and 7.5t vehicles. They deliver all round the UK and the majority of the driving is in London so both drivers would need to have some knowledge and experience for London. Starting times will be approx. between 4am and 6am everyday Monday to Friday.

My client are recruiting for a bench joiner OR cabinet maker manufacturing bespoke high quality joinery. General bench joinery workshop responsibilities: To contribute to maintaining a clean and efficient workshop. To have the flexibility to sometimes vary working hours to suit production needs. To understand and adhere to the company's Health & Safety policy including when the use of PPE is compulsory. To alert the Manufacturing Manager of anything that you feel could affect H&S. To show good time keeping. At least 3 years experience in a joinery workshop producing bespoke joinery.

The Role: • Using internal estimating and take-off systems to accurately cost project/enquiry. • Calculating preliminary costs, in conjunction with Account Managers and Delivery Teams • Developing client relationships to enhance opportunities to tender, negotiate and enhance tender margins. • Liaising with the Client and Design Team during the tender process • Producing sub-contract and material enquires for joinery. • Answering sub-contractor and supplier queries and appraising quotations • Checking tender documents, making amendments where required • Abstracting information into subcontract and material packages • Identifying scope for design alternatives and value engineering • Attending site surveys when required • Attend post tender negotiations with clients. Previous experienced needed for the role: • Joinery OR Metalworks manufacturing experience ideally. • Confidence in taking enquires from clients, pricing, presenting quotes for internal adjudication and submitting professionally to the client teams. Joinery CAD Technician REQUIRED My client are looking to recruit for a joinery cad draughtsperson with a joinery manufacturing back-ground. Able to produce 2D technical drawings for joinery manufacture. Fantastic company environment and package involved with career progression for the right candidate.

The key tasks of the quantity surveyor that my client are looking to recruit for are listed below. Responsibitilies: Procurement of sub-contractors Prepare tender documents Evaluate tender returns and provide recommendation to contracts Director/Commercial Manager Prepare and send sub-contract order documents to appointed contractor Ensure receipt of all relevant documents from sub-contractor before their works commence on site Sub-contractor payments Check/agree interim valuation, request invoice and issue along with payment certificate to commercial manager/contracts director/accounts Provide payment forecast to commercial manager/contracts director/accounts Check and confirm any variations Issue instruction for additional works where necessary Interim Valuations & Final Accounts Check and agree monthly valuations against contract sum Agreed valuation should cover actual spend on project Agree Final Accounts with Employer Design team / consultant meetings Attend meetings to keep up to date with design progress Carry out market research/cost analysis for design proposals where required Action any relevant points raised in meetings Site queries Assist site team/sub-contractors with technical queries Contact relevant consultant/designer if required to Sub-contractor progress meetings Monitor along with project manager / site team contractor progress against contract programme Assist in ensuring that the contractor is working in line with issued contract Assist in resolving any issues raised Site procurement meetings Action relevant issues raised in meetings Raise any procurement issues that the site team need be made aware of Assist in resolving any issues raised

My client are looking for a CNC Programmer within the joinery manufacturing industry. The role will involve running the in-house CNC Machines. The ideal candidate will be looking for a new challenge in a demanding work environment. Responsibilities Ability to manage yourself and your time Manage stock levels and inform management of any shortages Reading drawings from the technical team Breaking down drawings for programming Ensuring the CNCs are operating to maximum capacity. CNC must always be ahead of production/joinery department. Machining sheet material such as MDF, Plywoods, Veneered and laminated boards, composites, acrylics.
