HR Advisor Responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact for general and people-related enquiries, providing a professional and responsive service. Manage a varied and frequently changing employee relations caseload. Prepare and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, contracts, correspondence and paperwork relating to formal processes. Provide guidance on absence management and support both formal and informal workplace meetings. Conduct investigations into disciplinary, grievance, attendance and capability matters, producing clear reports and recommendations. Attend formal hearings when required to present findings and advise those involved on the correct process. Coordinate arrangements for meetings and hearings, including scheduling, invitations, documentation and meeting packs. Maintain accurate employee records, databases and internal systems, ensuring effective processes are followed. Travel occasionally to other local sites to provide in-person support. Assist with general administrative duties to support the smooth day-to-day running of the business. HR Advisor Skills and Experience: At least three years' experience providing professional HR advice and support. Strong employee relations experience, including advising, coaching and influencing managers. CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification, or currently working towards one. Confident and professional communication skills, both over the telephone and in person. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong administrative and organisational skills, with experience implementing effective systems and processes.

Payroll & HR Administrator Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end processing of four-weekly and monthly payroll Process starters, leavers, contractual changes, salary amendments, deductions and holiday calculations Administer statutory payments including SSP, SMP and attachment of earnings Manage pension contributions and reconcile payments Complete monthly and year-end payroll processes, including PAYE and National Insurance submissions Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation, RTI and auto-enrolment requirements Maintain accurate payroll records and confidential employee information Provide HR administration support to managers and employees across the business Assist with employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and capability processes Prepare contracts, letters and employee documentation Respond to payroll and HR queries in a professional and timely manner Payroll & HR Administrator Skills and Experience: Previous experience within a Payroll processing position is essential Experience of HR Admin or similar position is advantageous Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes Good understanding of employment legislation and HR administration Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
