Previous experience as a Transport Manager or within a senior transport compliance role. Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation and Operator Licence compliance. Excellent understanding of DVSA regulations, tachograph legislation and the Working Time Directive. Experience managing drivers and transport operations. Excellent route planning, organisational and leadership skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
