Contracts Administrator (Service Department) Epping 28,000 - 32,000 per annum (depending on experience) Are you an organised Administrator looking for a varied role where you can take ownership of customer service contracts and build strong relationships with clients? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering business looking to strengthen its busy Service Department. Working as part of a friendly four-person team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer service contracts are renewed, maintained and administered accurately. This role would suit someone from a service administration, contracts administration, customer support or commercial administration background who enjoys building relationships and has excellent attention to detail. The Role Managing customer service and maintenance contracts from renewal through to invoicing. Contacting customers regarding upcoming contract renewals. Preparing maintenance quotations and renewal documentation. Raising invoices and processing contract billing. Processing mid-term contract amendments and additional orders. Maintaining accurate customer and contract records. Managing renewal diaries and ensuring contracts are renewed on time. Liaising with customers regarding contract queries and account updates. Supporting the wider Service Department with general administration. Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of service. About You You'll ideally have experience within one of the following: Service Administration, Contracts Administration, Customer Support, Sales Administration, Commercial Administration, Office Administration Excellent organisational skills. Strong attention to detail. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload. Infrastructure Support Engineer (Projects) Colchester 30,000 - 40,000 Depending on Experience Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing technology consultancy where you'll move beyond traditional support and gain hands-on experience delivering infrastructure projects, cloud deployments and client solutions. As a smaller, ambitious business, you'll be given far greater exposure than you might find in a larger organisation. Working closely with experienced consultants and senior engineers, you'll play an active role across a variety of client projects while continuing to develop your technical skills. This role would suit somebody with a solid 2nd Line Support background who is keen to progress into infrastructure, projects and technical consultancy.
