Technical Growth Marketer (SEO & Paid Media) Location: Remote (UK/Europe/US) Contract: 3 months (outside IR35) - strong chance to go permanent Start: ASAP (can wait up to 4 weeks) Process: 2 stages (15-min intro + 1 interview) Overview New role focused on auditing, optimising, and building the company's digital growth foundations across SEO, paid media, and analytics. Responsibilities Audit websites, tracking, and marketing channels Define and execute technical SEO strategy Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Improve website performance with product/engineering teams Use HubSpot , PostHog (or similar) for insights and tracking Build a clear growth roadmap and KPIs Explore AI-driven search optimisation Essential Skills Strong technical SEO experience Hands-on paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn) Experience with HubSpot , PostHog , or similar Ability to deliver both strategy and execution Nice to Have AI search/LLM optimisation experience Experience in early-stage or scaling environments Additional Info Fully remote (optional Regent office) High ownership, high impact role Strong potential to convert to permanent
