We are looking for reliable and experienced individuals who can work flexible shifts, including back shifts, and who have a proven work history within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities as a Slinger / Signaller Safely attach and secure loads to cranes and lifting equipment using appropriate lifting accessories Direct and guide crane operators using approved hand signals and radio communication Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures and health & safety regulations Check lifting gear and accessories before use to ensure they are suitable, certified, and in good condition Maintain clear communication with crane operators, lift supervisors, and site teams during lifting operations Assist with the safe movement and placement of materials across the construction site Requirements: Valid Blue CPCS Card Minimum 3 years relevant work history with references Ability to work back shift and weekends when required Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

This is a high-profile highways project delivering a new 3.5-mile dual carriageway connecting Gloucester and Cirencester, improving safety, reducing congestion, and enhancing regional connectivity.
