MEP Design Manager London Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced MEP Design Manager to join one of the UK's leading Building Services Contractors , delivering high-profile projects across London and the South East. Working as part of a well-established technical team, you'll play a key role in managing the design process from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring mechanical and electrical designs are fully coordinated, compliant and delivered in line with programme requirements. The Role Manage the MEP design process from tender stage through to construction and handover. Requirements Previous experience as an MEP Design Manager or Building Services Design Manager Strong mechanical and electrical building services knowledge. Good understanding of BIM, design coordination and construction methodologies. Ability to manage consultant teams and multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and leadership skills. BIM Lead London MEP Building Services Competitive Salary + Benefits An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Lead to join a leading MEP Building Services contractor delivering some of the UK's most prestigious commercial, healthcare, life sciences, data centre and residential developments. This role will see you take ownership of BIM delivery across multiple projects, working closely with Design Managers, Project Managers, consultants and site teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality digital project delivery from pre-construction through to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead the BIM strategy and digital delivery across multiple MEP projects. Manage the production, coordination and review of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health BIM models. Project Enginee r - Gatwick Airport Location: Gatwick Airport, West Sussex Salary: Competitive + Package We're looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join a major civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure works at Gatwick Airport. You'll be working on a live airside pr delivering civil engineering packages including drainage, utilities, reinforced concrete, pavements and associated infrojectastructure works. The Role As Project Engineer, you'll support the delivery team by coordinating engineering activities, managing technical issues and ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities Manage engineering activities across site. Coordinate subcontractors and site teams. Review drawings and technical specifications. Raise and manage RFIs and technical queries.
