There is a large sports hall with changing facilities (the site was formally a Premier League football club's training ground), a bespoke 6th form suite plus a number of other smaller individual spaces used for therapeutic intervention and bespoke support. The School benefits from extensive outdoor space plus a large central courtyard garden in the centre of the school and separate secondary and junior playgrounds, with a multi-use games area. There are good public transport connections with Chigwell Station less than a mile away, providing Central Line Tube services to London and Essex. Role Purpose To lead employee engagement for key accounts within the Pensions Team, driving understanding and participation in Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes. The role involves delivering presentations (virtual and on-site), hosting 1 2 1 meetings, and supporting Principal Consultants while collaborating with other consultants as needed. Key Responsibilities • Account Engagement o Own engagement strategy for key accounts, ensuring tailored communications and presentations.o Deliver virtual and on-site presentations to employees and conduct 1 2 1 meetings to explain pension options and encourage participation.• Collaboration o Work closely with Principal Consultants and provide support to other consultants as required.• Content & Campaign Deliveryo Create clear, jargon-free materials for presentations, webinars, and digital channels.• Insights & Reporting o Track engagement metrics and report outcomes to the Head of Pensions and account leads. KPIs for Success • Increase in employee participation rates in DC pension schemes.• Reduction in opt-out rates across key accounts.• Growth in average contribution levels (employee and employer).• Attendance and engagement at presentations and webinars (target % attendance).• Positive employee feedback scores from engagement sessions (e.g., post-event surveys).• Number of 1 2 1 meetings completed and conversion to action (e.g., contribution changes).• Timely delivery of account-specific engagement plans and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 5 years' experience in DC pensions.• Diploma qualified (or willingness to study towards qualification).• Strong presentation and communication skills (virtual and in-person).• Ability to simplify technical pension concepts for diverse audiences.• Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills. Preferred Experience • Working with large corporate pension schemes and key accounts.• Familiarity with behavioural engagement techniques and financial wellbeing initiatives.
