You will work as part of a small but experienced team and whilst the hiring manager for this role will continue to formally manage the team, you will be required to provide day-to-day support and guidance for them as the most senior member of the team.Hybrid working arrangements are in place for this role - the team meet once a week on site, and 100% remote working is not a preferred option.
