Health & Safety Manager Interior Fit-Out Location: London Office (with weekly site audits in Cambridgeshire) Salary: Up to £65,000 all-in (depending on experience) Industry: Construction Interior Fit-Out Experience Required: NEBOSH qualified, Tech IOSH, 2 3 years H&S construction experience, full UK driving licence and own car Intro Are you a motivated Health & Safety Manager looking to build your career with a respected fit-out contractor? The Role As a Health & Safety Manager , you will play a key part in ensuring safety standards are met across multiple fit-out projects. This is a mid-level role and will suit someone confident in site inspections and audits, with a hands-on approach. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out regular site inspections and audits in line with UK legislation and company standards Reviewing contractor RAMS and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Investigating incidents and near misses, producing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions Supporting project teams in developing and maintaining a strong safety culture Assisting with H&S training, reporting, and KPI tracking Helping maintain company accreditations (ISO 45001, RoSPA, Constructionline Platinum, etc.) You will be based in the London office but will need to drive and travel to Cambridge once or twice per week to audit sites.
