Our Client; Mechanical Installation Engineer / Pipefitter required for our client, they are a Mechanical Contractor based in Leeds. The Mechanical Installation Engineer / Mechanical Fitter will travel throughout the North East regions attending commercial mechanical fit out projects. Mechanical Installation Engineer / Pipefitter Key Responsibilities: - Working on occupied commercial and industrial properties carrying out plant room replacement work and occasionally commercial new builds - Responsibilities include installation of pipework for HVAC / Mechanical commercial systems including, radiators, cylinders, hot water systems, pumps, booster sets, boilers etc. - 1st and 2nd fix of commercial plumbing systems - Occasionally overseeing other engineers / installers and ensure work is complete to high standard - Attending sites throughout areas such as Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Middlesbrough, and occasionally further afield Mechanical Installation Engineer / Pipefitter Requirements: - NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating - ACS Commercial Gas Tickets - desirable - Based in the North East - Full UK Driving License Mechanical Installation Engineer / Pipefitter remuneration: - Salary 42,000 - 46,000 (Expected earning 65,000 - 70,000) - Travel Pay (After 15 mins) - Overnight allowance of 35 per night - Overtime available - Company Van - Company Phone/ Tablet - 22 days holiday + BH - 4 day working week available - Further training and development - Pension

They supply domestic and commercial clients with services including repair, maintenance, installation, and emergency breakdown to domestic and commercial heating systems. Domestic and Commercial Gas Engineer Responsibilities - Attending private residential and commercial properties including offices, hotels, shops, care homes, and schools - Responsible for service and repair to domestic and commercial heating systems - Carry out reactive repairs of boilers, fires, and other associated appliances - Keep paperwork, reports, and job sheets up to date - Carry out occasional installation of domestic and commercial heating systems - Attending sites across areas such as Bristol, Bath, Chippenham, Gloucester, and Weston-super-Mare Domestic and Commercial Ga Engineer Requirements - Hold in date Domestic Gas Tickets (CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT, MET1) - Hold in date or previously held Commercial Gas Tickets (CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, UCPN1, TPCP1A) - Reside within a commutable distance of areas such as Bristol, Bath, Chippenham, Gloucester, and Weston-super-Mare - Candidates that only hold Domestic Gas Tickets will be considered - Hold a full UK Driving Licence Domestic and Commercial Gas Engineer Remuneration - Salary £45,0000 - £55,000 - Annual performance bonus - Company van - Pension - 20 days holiday + BH - Career growth opportunities - Full package to be discussed at interview
