To provide effective interface management and supervision of all sub-contractors. To maintain effective good relations and communication with the Client and the Enpure team. To ensure that the site accommodation and facilities are maintained to a high standard. To ensure that all materials are efficiently received and stored safely in good condition. To ensure that site daily records are produced and distributed in accordance with procedures. To act as the environmental representative for the company on site. To report progress against the agreed programme for the works and advise of any delays to the Project Manager. To comply with all Health and Safety responsibilities commensurate with the role, as outlined in the Health and Safety policy. Your New Role : Lead and contribute on feasibility, outline and detailed design projects. You will be responsible for the design of mechanical installations, typically including municipal water and wastewater treatment works, pumping stations, ventilation systems, penstocks and valves, odour control systems, chemical dosing systems, pipework etc. Other duties to include: Interface with clients and collaborators in design and planning You will carry out visits to site to complete site surveys and the support of liaisons with clients, government authorities, contractors, suppliers. Control project schedules through good planning practices. Perform planning governance responsibilities ensuring the project schedules are an accurate depiction of the project scope, time and cost. Assign roles and resources to project schedules to support adequate resource planning. Maintain the scheduled cost rates in OPC. Update costs and activity progress. Manage the critical path. Prepare CL32 programmes and client reporting. Provide input to the risk register and reporting. Conduct Time risk allowances during project phase execution.
