The Role Your role as a production/machine operative means you will be responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency in the workplace whilst strictly adhering to standard operating procedures. Having previous experience in a production operative role with the use of hand and power tools would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided as well.
