Vacancy Title: Print Operator (Labels) Location: Normanton Salary: £28.3k Hague Group is a thriving, family-owned business with a strong financial foundation and a history of consistent growth. We are looking for an experienced Print Operator (labels) with a mechanical aptitude to join the Print Production Team at our head office site in Wakefield which houses our label manufacturing facility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: You ll be responsible for the setup, operation and maintenance of the label converting line ensuring that high quality labels are consistently produced and within required timeframes. Label converting involves processes that take a printed or plain label and transform it into a functional, finished product ready for application. Other responsibilities will include: Installing cutting dies, printing plates and inks Adjusting line settings such as speed and tension, to meet job specifications Undertaking product quality inspections Performing routine line maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating Maintaining accurate production records REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: Has label print experience Has a mechanical aptitude Comfortable using IT and technology Good eye for detail and quality focussed Safety-conscious, well-organised and conscientious Effective team player with good communication skills Always demonstrates a can-do attitude Able to undertake a role that involves extensive manual handling activities Able to work on shifts that fall between 6am and 10pm WHAT WE ARE OFFERING: A working week of 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday (no weekends) Annual salary of £28.3k inclusive of shift allowance Generous annual leave of 27 days plus bank holidays Pension scheme and Life Assurance Access to an employee assistance programme Company events to foster team spirit Free, secure on-site parking (WF6 1TD) APPLICATION PROCESS Ready to join our dedicated and friendly team? Business Development Manager (Self-Adhesive Labels) Location: Wakefield Salary: U p to £50k basic + Benefits Located at our Group Head Office in Wakefield, we are offering a basic salary of up to £50,000 (dependent on experience), uncapped commission and bonus structure.
