We are ideally looking for experienced candidates Previous Experience in the below is required: Powder Coaters Assembly Production Laser operatives Cnc Turret Paint shop Steel polishing / Linishing / Grinding Welders (mig / tig) Keen eye for detail is required, must be able to keep up with running lines speeds and have assembly experience. Some dexterity assembly is required. The role is full time - long term and can lead to a permanent contract after a qualifying period. Candidates must be flexible and available to work overtime, weekends or even some shift work to suit the business needs. Powder Coater Shift work is paid with shift allowance each week for PM / ROTATION & NIGHTS Plus overtime pay. AM Shift starts at 14.45 per hour Overtime pay 21.68 per hour Details of a Powder Coater: Monday to Thursday 07.00 - 16.00 Friday 07.00 - 12.00 39 hours per week basic Must be flexible to support with overtime and additional shifts to suit business needs. Shifts may rotate, 2 weeks AM, 2 weeks PM Pay from 14.45 per hour Overtime paid after completion of 39 hours Overtime pay upto 28.90 per hour Ongoing work Factory shutdowns throughout the year Excellent training programme Long term opportunity and pushed progression throughout.
