Job Title: Business Analyst Location: 2-3 days per week on-site - London Contract Length: 6 months IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Rate: £400-£500 Start Date: ASAP Overview This role supports a newly formed team within the marketing and digital division. The successful candidate will provide business analysis expertise to help shape requirements, improve communication across departments, and support delivery of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiative. Key Responsibilities Engage with cross-functional stakeholders across media, CRM, marketing, security, legal, procurement, and engineering teams to gather and clarify requirements. Lead business analysis for the CDP programme , understanding stakeholder needs and converting them into user stories and technical specifications. Support the RFP process for the new CDP platform (expected January). Produce and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, requirements, and project artefacts. Operate within Agile or Prince2 methodologies, ensuring structured and transparent delivery. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst in marketing, digital, or web environments . Strong stakeholder management skills - able to navigate complex organisational politics and communicate diplomatically. Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) is highly desirable. Familiarity with tools such as Treasure Data, Tealium, Salesforce Data Cloud , or similar CDP technologies. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Personable, resilient, and adaptable - able to engage with both technical and non-technical teams. Open to considering permanent opportunities.
