The successful candidate will provide business analysis expertise to help shape requirements, improve communication across departments, and support delivery of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiative. Key Responsibilities Engage with cross-functional stakeholders across media, CRM, marketing, security, legal, procurement, and engineering teams to gather and clarify requirements. Lead business analysis for the CDP programme , understanding stakeholder needs and converting them into user stories and technical specifications.
