We are looking for a motivated and reliable Semi-Skilled Worker to join our stainless steel fabrication team. In this role, you will work under the guidance of experienced tradespeople, assisting with the preparation and assembly of stainless steel pipework. Your day-to-day tasks will include material handling, basic fabrication activities, supporting skilled fabricators, and helping to maintain a safe, organised, and clean workshop. Main Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and assembly of stainless steel pipework components. Measure, mark, and cut materials according to instructions. Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively. Perform grinding, deburring, and polishing of stainless steel surfaces. Support skilled fabricators with tack welding, fit-up, and related tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop, tools, and equipment. Follow all company safety procedures and health and safety regulations. Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and stock. Work from technical drawings and verbal instructions with supervision. Requirements Basic knowledge of fabrication, mechanical work, or related trade. Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.
