Requirements for the role Experience in undertaking Ecological Clerk of Works roles. Experience working in an ecological role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work. Experience in conducting protected species surveys, including bats, great crested newts, dormice, and reptiles. A good understanding of relevant legislation, including the Wildlife and Countryside Act and the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations. Excellent report writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences. Strong project management and organisational skills.
