The client work in a talented team of 4 - the menus a la carte changing on a weekly basis. Responsibilities The ideal candidate we are looking for is someone to progress within the kitchen team; developing and working with passionate & skilled team members Requirements Assisting in and running any and all sections of the kitchen as directed by the Sous/Head Chef Ensuring the necessary preparation in your station is completed in a timely manner and to the highest standard Practising excellent waste/stock control Cooking effectively, to a consistent high standard, with excellent quality control Ensure all areas - not just your own, are kept organised and clean in line with the expectation of the Sous/Head Chef Be passionate and proactive - seek to develop yourself in all areas, all the time Ensuring all Health & Safety policies and practices are followed at all times Benefits - A great working atmosphere & company culture. -Straight Shift patterns - Uniform - Parking Due to the location of the property, a valid driver's license and own transport are essential.
