This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated leader to play a key role in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs. The Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. You will help create a stable, nurturing environment where young people feel safe, supported and able to thrive. You will also act as the lead in the Manager s absence and contribute to driving continuous improvement, with a strong focus on achieving Ofsted Good or Outstanding outcomes.
