We currently seeking a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker for our client in Shrewsbury on an initial 3 month contract to start ASAP. The rate of pay will be negotiated between 21-23 an hour. As a Recovery Coordinator you will be required to: Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey; Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning and onward referral; Reducing drug and alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community; Promoting carer, service user and community involvement; Providing advocacy for access to partnership services; Working with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support and self determination. An Enhanced Adults and Children's DBS will be required for this position.

We are currently seeking a Receptionist for a Substance Misuse Service located in Newbury, Berkshire on an initial 3 month placement. This position will be a Full Time role - Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 17:00. Role Purpose Delivering, through excellent customer service and organisational skills, the effective management of administrative duties, that will assist in the delivery of excellent drug and alcohol services to service users, their significant others and the wider community. To support safe and effective service delivery through the completion of regular health and safety, fire, premises and VDU risk assessments and checks. Take action to address any gaps or improvement needs, working effectively with colleagues to achieve the necessary corrective action. To work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring adherence with all policies and Safeguarding principles.
