Head of PBS and Therapy services Lincolnshire - Beverley, Grimsby, Lincoln Leading and managing a specialist team of PBS partners, Speech and Language therapists and Sensory Integration therapists, to support the operational teams across multiple sites throughout Lincolnshire, in Residential care homes and Community and Day centres, providing support to adults with learning disabilities and complex care. This is an exciting opportunity to be instrumental in a period of growth. With new services opening and re-development and design of existing services you will be managing a high-performing team and lead on person centred, quality-focused PBS and Therapy services You will lead on the implementation, and ongoing development and delivery of the PBS strategy and Physical intervention training. Providing behavioural assessment and functional analyses advice and guidance, to families, clinical support staff and other professionals, whilst working with PBS partners, complex care teams, speech and language therapists, in providing a multidisciplinary clinical service.
