The day services include activities like gardening arts and crafts, cooking, exercise classes and also community outings like swimming, shopping, or theatre trips You will have experience of working with adults with complex needs including learning disabilities and autism, and either professional experience of, or a very keen interest and knowledge of horticulture, gardening or landscaping. As a compassionate people manager, your main aims and responsibilities will be to motivate and support the teams by providing clear vision and direction. Carrying out staff supervisions, auditing, monitoring risk assessments and ensuring that record keeping is up to date. You will provide encouragement to the managers and their teams and ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide the best possible levels of person-centred care to the adults they support.
