System Engineer - CCSDS & LunaNet (LLD Focus) Overview We are seeking a System Engineer with strong CCSDS and LunaNet experience to support the detailed design and implementation of space communication architectures . The role focuses on low-level system design, interface definition, and protocol implementation , rather than high-level architecture. Key Responsibilities Develop Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for space communication systems. Implement and define interfaces aligned with CCSDS standards . Support LunaNet-compatible architecture and protocol implementation . Define detailed message flows, protocol stacks, and interface control documents (ICDs) . Work with software, network and flight/ground segment teams to ensure interoperability and standards compliance . Support system integration, verification and validation activities. Contribute to simulation and test scenarios for deep-space communications . Analyse link performance, data routing and network behaviours within LunaNet environments. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with CCSDS standards (eg space packet protocol, CFDP, DTN/BP, TM/TC). Experience with LunaNet architecture and interoperability concepts . Proven work on Low-Level Design (LLD) and interface definition. Experience with deep-space communications or space networking systems . Familiarity with Delay/Disruption Tolerant Networking (DTN) . Experience writing ICDs, protocol specifications and interface documentation . Experience supporting system integration and test campaigns . Desirable Experience with NASA or ESA communication architectures . Knowledge of optical communications or advanced space networking . Experience with space mission ground/flight systems integration .

Earth Ground Segment Consultant (Senior) Role: Earth Ground Segment Consultant Type: Senior Consultant/Advisor Overview We are seeking a senior Earth Ground Segment consultant with extensive experience in ground segment architecture, operations and space mission infrastructure , with a skill profile similar to senior experts working across ESA/commercial space programmes . The consultant will provide strategic and technical expertise across ground segment systems , including design, operations, integration and modernization. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advisory support on Earth ground segment architecture . Support design and optimisation of mission ground infrastructure . Define ground segment operational concepts and service models . Contribute to ground system architecture reviews and programme planning . Support development of network operations concepts and service provisioning . Advise on integration of ground stations, network infrastructure and mission control systems . Support procurement strategies and supplier technical evaluation . Contribute to ground segment modernization and interoperability initiatives . Required Skills & Experience Extensive experience in Earth observation or space mission ground segments . Expertise across ground station networks, mission control systems and data processing chains . Experience with ESA/NASA-style ground segment architectures . F5 Resident Engineer This role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site attendance required at locations in southern cities. The engineer will act as the day-to-day operational owner of the F5 estate, covering BAU operations, incidents, changes, and life cycle support. Role Specification: Test Automation & Performance Engineer Key Skillset and Responsibilities: VoIP Performance Testing: Hands-on experience with SIP/VoIP call performance testing tools such as SIPp, Spectra, WinSIP, and StarTrinity . Ability to design, execute, and analyse large-scale call performance scenarios. Automation Development: Proficient in Python and Robot Framework for test automation. Experience developing and maintaining automated test suites across multiple domains (API, GUI, performance). API Testing & Performance Engineering: Skilled in API test automation and load testing using tools like Locust, BlazeMeter/Taurus, k6, Newman, and JMeter . Capable of designing scalable test strategies for API and system-level performance validation. GUI Test Automation: Strong understanding of Front End automation using TestCafe, Robot Framework, and Selenium . Familiar with browser automation best practices and test stability optimization. Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI/CD): Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation. Familiarity with common CI/CD tools (eg, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Infrastructure & Automation Tools: Working knowledge of Ansible and Terraform for Linux-based environment setup and infrastructure automation.
