You will work across multiple areas to maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and performance. Responsibilities: Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Implement and manage electrical and mechanical systems to minimise downtime. Develop and maintain a structured PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) program. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly. Conduct routine testing, inspections, and maintenance. Continuous Improvement Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety. Support management, maintenance, and production teams as required. Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements. Reporting and Collaboration Provide regular updates to the Engineering Manager and other key stakeholders. Work closely with Operations to ensure optimal factory performance. Skills and Experience Required for the role: Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician within a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLCs, SCADA systems (Citect), and Rockwell software (Studio5000, RS Logix). Knowledge of HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial electrical components. Day rate - 12.80 Night rate - 16.00 All breaks fully paid. Duties: - Safely handle and operate an FLT (Counter Balance Truck) - Must have experience - Required to support production when needed (You will be expected to help the team out when busy) This role is a split position, meaning you will spend some time on the trucks and other time on production, so you would be expected to help in all areas of the factory, you will still be paid you premium FLT rate. Skills: - Ability to accurately pick and pack orders - Ability to operate a FLT Truck safely - Knowledge of warehouse operations and be able to lift 10kg We are looking for reliable individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
