Hours: 17 per week About the Role Our VFL team based at South Downs is looking for an Employability Coach to develop and deliver the employability-based weekly learning sessions for students across the Vocational and Foundational Learning Courses. To support students in developing job-related skills to help secure and sustain employment. You will engage collaboratively with all Teachers/Lecturers in the department, fostering a culture of high expectations, high standards and mutual respect Responsibilities Support a cohort of students with/without additional needs to develop skills and strategies needed to find a job/work Complete vocational profiles with all VFL students Support students to identify and assess their own skills, strengths, weaknesses, to assist in job search and career development.
