Key Responsibilities: Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting Provide accurate, insight-rich analysis to support strategic and operational decisions Build, refine and embed robust financial processes and internal controls Manage cash flow, working capital and banking relationships Oversee procurement governance and cost control Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness Champion systems improvements, automation and data integrity Lead, coach and develop the finance team, fostering high standards and performance The Company Founded in 1966, Selectaglaze is the UK s specialist provider of secondary glazing.
