Job Summary for a Stores Operative: To work within a stores environment carrying out goods receiving, putting away to locations, paperwork generation, picking kits and supporting production. To maintain FIFO To support and work within the Despatch area. To ensure processes and procedures are followed. To participate in the Perpetual Inventory schedule. To ensure housekeeping inside and outside is maintained to an acceptable standard. To ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are maintained. To work as part of team supporting and being supportive of colleagues. Knowledge and skills required: Computer literate using data base, EXCEL, and other relevant software FLT licence is essential Planning and organisation of self and others Self motivated, and able to work under own initiative Self disciplined and target driven Warehouse experience (pick and kitting operational experience beneficial) Problem solving skills
