Your primary function will be to develop an existing desk, with solid client base, adding new business to your portfolio when the opportunity presents itself. Your commitment will be supported with an individual and team training programme, with compliance forming a large percentage of your skills. Driving Consultant Job Description Salary £30 32k Purpose To grow and drive the business to meet the current budget and associated business plan. Win new business, develop and grow current business. Ensure the business is both compliant and ethical through sound business practice. Key Performance Indicators Retaining and growing existing business - Business development through all mediums Work on a day to day basis with senior recruiting team - Social media presence - Compliance and Legislation - Aim to achieve £200 new business GP per week (5 shifts) Arranging 1 new business meeting a week as well as supporting junior consultants with their meeting. Registering drivers making sure they have completed the application form and provided the correct documentation upon registration. Ensure the after hours night service is properly organized and all branch legislation is complied with. Driving Tender/Bids relevant to your branch. Ensure weekly compliance checks are made and recorded on the following worker files, Infringements, Worker Assignment Confirmations, Client Booking Confirmations, and Matchmaker. We are currently seeking to recruit Class 1 Tipper Drivers to work with our Client on either a Temp to Perm basis or Temporary ongong basis dependant on Candidate choice. My Client is a Contrete construction company. Main duties will be moving contrete products from the Clients site to the build sites they are working on. Candidates will need to hold a Midlands Quarry Card (MQPC). Shifts are Monday - Friday 07:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday. Payrates per hour; Holiday accrual - 17.50 Holiday included - 19.61 LTD Company - 20.00 Immdiate starts available. For insurance purposes you will need to possess the following; 6 Months experience with Class 1 licence NO DR, IN or CD conviction codes Minimum age 21

We are currently seeking to recruit Class 2 Mixer Drivers to work with our Client on either a Temp to Perm basis or a Temporary ongoing basis. Dependant on the choice of the Candidate. The role will be moving contrete products from the Clients site to their build location. Experience is desired but full training can be provided. Main purpose of role; A Class 2 concrete mixer driver is a person who holds a Category C HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicle) license to operate a concrete mixer truck, delivering ready-mixed concrete to customer sites. Key responsibilities include driving the vehicle safely, accurately loading and unloading concrete, and maintaining paperwork, while adhering to all road traffic and driver hours legislation. Shifts; Monday - Friday 07:00 - 17:00 Payrates; Holiday accrual - 16.50 LTD Company - 18.50 Due to insurance criteria candidates must posess; HGV C Driving licence 6 Months experience on Licence No IN, DR or CD Conviction codes Minimum age requirement is 21.
