We're looking for an experienced Technical Manager or Senior Technical Coorindator to take ownership of the technical delivery from design through to handover. You'll oversee design coordination, technical compliance, and buildability for the project, ensuring all information is accurate, deliverable and aligned with programme and budget. Working closely with consultants, site teams and local stakeholders, you'll be the key technical lead driving quality and problem-solving throughout the build.
