Lettings Coordinator A minimum of 2 years experience is required and you will need to know the current Lettings legislation and show that you have carried out referencing/renewals in the past. At the end of a tenancy mediate between landlord and tenants regarding any maintenance considered to be beyond fair wear and tear and attempt to agree on a suitable amount of money that the tenants are to contribute to putting things right.
