About the Opportunity An established international organisation is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to join its collaborative marketing team. This is a varied role responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of events across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Working across multiple brands and markets, you will lead the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, customer events and promotional activities. From shaping event strategy and measuring performance to coordinating logistics and supplier management, you will play a key role in driving brand visibility and commercial success. This position offers the opportunity to work in a global environment where no two days are the same. One day you may be reviewing event performance and campaign data, and the next you could be supporting the delivery of a major international exhibition. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage and deliver a calendar of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars and customer engagement events. Act as the central point of contact for event planning across multiple brands and regions. Develop event strategies that support business objectives, product launches and commercial priorities. Utilise digital tools, automation and AI-driven insights to improve audience targeting, engagement and event effectiveness. Establish event KPIs and measurement frameworks, providing clear reporting on performance, lead generation and return on investment. Manage event budgets, including forecasting, tracking and post-event analysis. Coordinate and oversee external agencies, suppliers, exhibition contractors and production partners. Collaborate closely with sales, product and marketing teams to maximise event success. Manage merchandise, promotional materials and display programmes to ensure consistent brand representation. Support partner networks with marketing assets and event collateral. Ensure brand consistency across all events, channels and customer touchpoints. Gather market insights and stakeholder feedback to influence future event and marketing strategies. About You We're looking for an organised, commercially minded events professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will ideally have: At least 7 years' experience managing trade shows, exhibitions and event programmes across international markets. A proven track record of delivering both small and large-scale events. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience managing external suppliers, agencies and event partners. Confidence using data and analytics to evaluate event performance and inform future decisions. Budget management experience across multiple projects and regions. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Experience using project management, CRM and marketing platforms. A leading Engineering company based in Portsmouth are looking for an experienced TIG/MIG Welder to join their fabrication team for an initial 3 month assignment. Working in a high precision, professional environment the key responsibilities of the role include: Mixture of TIG or MIG Welding, fabrication on regulated aluminium products to 3mm Fabricate, weld and construct products according to the design drawings Ensure all materials are measured correctly and precisely Work to complete highest possible standards of production, health and safety, and customer service are maintained at all times. Qualifications and Requirements: Relevant TIG or Welding Qualification and experience. Experience of aluminium and stainless steel fabrication. Experience with hand and industrial tools. Ability to manually handle up to 25kg. Flexibility for overtime Proof of working successfully as part of a team. The role is inside IR35 The role is based on a 37 hour week, early finish Friday with opportunity for overtime at x1.5.
