The Role Reporting to the Head of Client Relations, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of national account customers, ensuring excellent customer service, strong stakeholder engagement and sustainable business growth. As a National Account Manager, you'll work closely with customer decision-makers, Driver Hire franchisees and internal colleagues to build lasting partnerships and identify opportunities for growth within your customer portfolio. What You'll Be Doing Manage and develop a portfolio of existing national account customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Identify opportunities to grow revenue, expand services and strengthen customer partnerships, supported by regular business reviews and clear account growth plans. Working closely with Driver Hire franchisees, you ll help deliver excellent service and maximise opportunities across the network, while keeping everyone aligned on customer activity and development opportunities. You ll also monitor account performance, customer satisfaction and commercial objectives, using insight to identify trends, manage risks and act on opportunities. Accurate record keeping and effective use of business systems will also be an important part of the role. About You We're looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with excellent relationship-building skills and is ready to succeed as a National Account Manager. Skills & Experience Essential Experience in account management, customer-facing sales or relationship management. Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities. Full UK Driving Licence. Willingness to travel and undertake occasional overnight stays when required. Desirable Recruitment, logistics, transport or service-sector experience. Experience managing multi-site or national customers.
