Job description: Taylor Made Employment are working with a longstanding client who are leaders within the Food Production industry. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add x7 experienced team members on a temporary to permanent basis. Please note that this role requires working with raw meat. Rotating Shifts (6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm) - No Weekends! Pay Rate: 13.21 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours per week is paid at 18.21 per hour. Due to the location of this role, your own transport is required. The successful candidate will work with production drawings, ensuring accuracy in manufacturing, and carry out installations on-site, both nationally and internationally. This role requires close attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Rate of pay: 13ph, increasing with experience. This role comes with travel opportunities and flexibility with hours is required. Key Responsibilities: Carry out the manufacture and installation of high-quality display cases according to design specifications and production standards Interpret and work to production drawings provided by the project team Identify and report any discrepancies in drawings or designs to the Project Job Lead promptly. Ensure all production standards are met and that the finished product aligns with project requirements Take responsibility for personal health and safety, following company policies and coordinating with the Job Lead. Operate machinery according to established safe systems of work, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Travel to and work on-site as required, both nationally and internationally, adapting to different environments and collaborating with other project teams on installations. Requirements: Previous experience in manufacturing and installation. Ability to interpret production drawings accurately and follow technical specifications. Flexibility to travel for extended periods for on-site installations. Strong understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop and on-site environment. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
