Qualifications and Experience : For this role, you will need to have proven experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting as well as recognised qualification in health and social care management (e.g., NVQ Level 5, Level 4 in Leadership and Management in Care Services).You will have strong knowledge of CQC regulations and requirements and excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
