This is a fully office-based role where you ll be working directly with children and young families, supporting them across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children services. You will carry an average caseload of 16 children , ensuring that your time and focus can be dedicated to delivering a high-quality and child-focused service. This role is focused exclusively on Looked After Children and does not include chairing child protection conferences . You ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload, completing assessments, developing child protection and child-in-need plans, and working closely with families to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
