Financial Controller Weldon, Northants (Office Based) £65,000 - 85,000 per annum + Bonus & Benefits Permanent, Full Time The Opportunity: An established and growing manufacturing services business is seeking an ambitious Financial Controller to play a key role within its senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified (or finalist) senior accountant who is looking for far more than a traditional finance role. Alongside taking ownership of the finance function, you will work closely with operational and commercial teams to improve business performance, enhance reporting, develop business systems and help drive strategic growth. The Role: Reporting directly to the Directors, you will take responsibility for the company s financial management whilst leading improvements across reporting, systems and operational processes. The Role: As Graduate Design Engineer, you will support the design and development of new and existing engineered products while building your knowledge of engineering standards, manufacturing processes and technical documentation.
