The Role Due to sustained project wins, the business is looking for a hands-on Working Foreman who is confident managing projects while also being willing to work on the tools when required. Projects are located nationwide, so living away during the week will be necessary (accommodation provided). This role offers excellent variety and would suit someone who enjoys being both practical and managerial , ensuring quality standards are met while keeping projects on track. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Working Site Manager. Strong refurbishment experience across a range of sectors. Carpentry background with own tools (essential). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to balance site management duties with working on the tools. Site qualifications: CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, First Aid . Excellent eye for detail and quality workmanship. A history of good tenure and reliability.
