What you'll be doing Providing regulated protection advice tailored to each customer's needs. Recommending suitable life, critical illness and income protection solutions. Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion. Conducting fact-finds and assessing clients' protection requirements. Researching products across a panel of leading insurers. Building strong relationships with clients, lenders and providers. Delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales and quality targets. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring FCA compliance. What we're looking for Experience within protection. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Job Description At Dynamo, we're looking for organised, customer-focused individuals to join our Protection team. Whether you're starting your career or bringing previous financial services experience, you'll play a vital role in helping customers protect what matters most. You'll manage protection applications from start to finish, keeping cases moving, supporting customers and advisers, and delivering outstanding service every step of the way. What you'll be doing Managing protection cases from application to completion. Liaising with customers, advisers, providers and third parties. Processing documentation accurately and efficiently. Keeping clients updated throughout their journey. Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email. Maintaining compliant, accurate records in line with FCA requirements. Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and service standards. What we're looking for Excellent communication and organisation skills. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Great attention to detail. The ability to prioritise a busy workload. A positive, team-focused attitude.
